If you’ve met all the terms and conditions of the IVA, your insolvency practitioner will send a completion certificate and completion report 4-6 weeks after your final payment. Your credit file should be updated by your creditors within 28 days, to show that you’ve completed the IVA. If this doesn’t happen, you need to send your creditors a copy of the completion certificate.
